 Work With Me

Duration of psychotherapy

I offer one time consultations, short-term and long-term psychotherapy.

Together we can decide the duration and frequency of sessions to meet your goals.

There is an exchange in the form of a monetary fee for the time we share together. I accept cash or debit cards, HSA and Flex Spending accounts and the following third-party payers: Medicaid, The Alliance, and Centerstone  Military Services. If you have another insurance, please ask your provider if they will accept an out-of-network provider receipt for services.

How We Begin

First, we will check in by phone before scheduling an appointment. We will briefly discuss your needs and assess if I am the best practitioner for you to work with. If you believe working together is a good choice,

we can make an appointment for your first session.

Please arrive 20 minutes early to your first appointment to complete  intake information forms.

Every person who visits FullBloom has a unique story to tell. During your first session, I will listen deeply to your concerns.  We will talk about what brings you to therapy today, what you expect from our sessions, what your particular needs are, and how I may be of help to you in your path to wellness. We will plan your therapy process together according to your personal needs and desired outcome and expectations.

I am looking forward to helping you through your new journey and growth.

All Identities Are Welcome

All ethnic, cultural, racial, faith, sexual orientation and gender identities are welcome.

"Go back and take care of yourself. Your body needs you, your feelings need you, your perceptions need you. Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it. Go home and be there for all these things." Thich Nhat Hanh
