Yoga therapy is both an art and a science, used to enhance health and wellness at all levels: body, mind, heart and soul.

As a trained yoga therapist, Sheri seeks to create a journey of healing by selecting, adapting, and modifying yoga practices that are most beneficial for the person or group. Meeting the mood and needs in the moment empowers students to tap into the wisdom and healing inherent within themselves

FloraLuna Yoga

Soothing poses along with slow deep breathing offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments leaving us nourished and relaxed. Restorative postures are deeply supported by blankets, blocks, or other props and are held for several minutes at a time.

In time and with practice, you will be rewarded with the ability to drop with ease into a place of deep contentment. This is what yoga is all about, after all: stilling our fidgety bodies and calming our rambling minds so that we may rest quietly in the present moment and see clearly the peace that resides within.

FloraLuna yoga is a weekly class, 50 minutes long, and appropriate for beginners as well as experienced yoginis.

YogAlive brings together LIfeForce yoga and Street yoga with Qigong to create a gentle yet effective way to release stress, balance mood and restore vital energy.

YogAlive has also been shown to increase feelings of self-worth and empowerment as well as decrease the severity of PTSD symptoms and anxiety.

This allows you to become calm, centered and grounded to move forward with hope, strength and a positive outlook. This class is appropriate for all levels and experience with yoga. This class meets weekly for 50 minutes, and is appropriate for beginners and experienced yoginis.

Yoga Nidra

This ancient meditative practice systematically relaxes the body, mind and senses. New research shows yoga nidra to be effective for working with pain, trauma, and difficult situations by opening access to your own inherent core health and well-being.

From your core self, trauma and difficult life situations are met with your own inner wisdom and compassion. 45-minute yoga nidra sessions are held weekly.

While this class is deeply healing, it may not be appropriate for everyone. Please inquire with Sheri if you are interested in this class.

PranaWalk (r)

PranaWalk (r) is a unique way to combine walking, yoga and stress management techniques into one simple routine that can be used daily to keep you healthy, balanced and strong.

This 1-hour class is held outdoors and is approrpriate for beginning and intermediate exercise walkers.

FullBloom Recovery Therapy is dedicated to Love

New research in psychology demonstrates what ancient sages have known for a long time in regards to the nature of the mind and the human tendency for becoming attached to things and people.

It is a valid and important part of the human experience. But, when attachments begin to take over, getting through the day may begin to feel unmanageable. Things that were once easy may become too much to handle. You may feel alone and misunderstood.

FullBloom's approach to recovery from addiction is about being here, right now, just for this moment, to whatever is going on for you, and then gently awakening self-compassion in order to find inspiration, confidence, and strength to feel alive. And, from feeling alive, tools for living help sobriety to become a natural side effect of living from your radiant authentic self.

FullBloom Therapy is about deep listening to discover what your heart really

wants, what is most important to you, and what motivates you. We utilize these things to create a plan together, that will assist you in deepening your understanding of attachments so they no longer run your life.

Freedom from addiction is not just about being sober. It's about feeling Alive - about remembering who you are with acceptance, appreciation and love. When you remember who you are, and you are acting from your authentic self, sobriety is just one of the resulting miracles.

You can be successful in your recovery. Together we will explore simple techniques that will help to bring you back to your Self so that you may use your strengths to transform suffering to well-being. Although the process may be simple, it is not always easy. It takes great courage and love to study and learn about ourselves.

You are not alone. I will listen and provide support. I will also make sure you get real feedback and specific tools that can help you reach your goal of feeling calm and confident. I look forward to learning more about the beauty of life with you.
